Chase Bank sued for them for $25,880 in 2010.
All the partying costs someone money, just not them.
FIA Card Services sued in February 2012 for a mere $79,876.
It gets better $75,000 was in the form of cash advances on a Visa Signature card.
Back in 2010, Regions Bank sued in August after the Kelley's failed to make payments on $250,000 borrowed all the way back in July, 2005.
No, of course The Bank did not get paid in full. Regions Bank had to settle for a mere $85,000 although the Kelley's were supposed to pay $850 a month toward the missing balance.
