Brown County Chief Deputy Earl Piper told FoxNews.com Thursday that the remains discovered belong to 26-year-old Kate McGrayel, who was reported missing in April 2010. The remains were found on private property by two women looking for mushrooms.

Kate McGrayel is most likely the remains that were found in a remote spot on Wise Hollow Road in Brown County, Indiana where she had been living in the woods on a property owned by her mother, Christine Ritzmann in April 2010. She had been struggling with mental illness & was estranged from her father's side of the family.

 

That is why it is ironic that an in-law of her father interjected herself into Kate's disappearance by announcing that she was opening a Face book page to help "find Kate". The in-law was trying to make herself the center of attention, not Kate McGrayel. The last person in the world Kate McGrayel would have contacted was this meddling attention seeker.

Bones Found in Brown County, Indiana Are Not Lauren's

 

I hope & pray that Lauren Spierer's family finds out what happened to their still missing daughter, who would have graduated this year from Indiana University. Mushroom hunters discovered a female skull & bones on 4-13-13 in Brown County, Indiana which is the state where Lauren Spierer was when last seen alive.

 

The bones are NOT the remains of Lauren Spierer. Lauren Spierer was extremely small at 4' 11" & weighed only 95 lbs. Her skull as well as any bones would be remarkable for that reason & very distinguishable from other adult females.

 

In addition Kate McGrayel's remains were discovered near where she was living in the woods on her mother's property. It is ludicrous to imagine that Lauren Spierer was somehow lugged all the way to an area near Wise Hollow Road.

 

Another missing young woman named Kate McGrayel is the most likely person identified by  a McGrayel family member who he now knows where she has been all the time her family grieved & wondered. She has been missing since 2010. He wrote a comment which he has now deleted in the article below. At this point it is unclear if Kate McGrayel was the victim of a homicide or some other issue pertaining to her mental state.

 

Locating Kate is the first step. It will take time to forensics to determine what was the cause & manner of death. I am sure that the Spierer family extends their sympathy & compassion to the McGrayel family as I do as well. Especially to her mother, Christine Ritzmann. Rest in peace Kate, you were loved & your family can now bring you home. May justice be served in the search for the answer to what did happen to Kate McGrayel, now with the angels.

(c) He or she makes a report or knowingly causes the transmission of a report to law enforcement authorities pretending to furnish information relating to an offense or other incident within their official concern when he or she knows that he or she has no such information or knows that the information is false.."False reporting to authorities is not a specific instance of attempt to influence a public servant. The crime of false reporting penalizes those who provide untruthful information to public officials, regardless of an attempt to influence public officials. The attempted influence offense can occur without any false reporting at all. Thus, the attempted influence charge and the false reporting charge do not differ solely by prohibiting general and specific conduct. People v. Blue, 253 P.3d 1273 (Colo. App. 2011)."

The Sheriff's Department should have shut this down for the 45 calls about nothing.

A lot of photos & blogging about a poisoned daughter, what does that make me think about the motives of this Very Energetic Blogger? So much effort into The Production Of Pretty Blogs. From a woman who was "too tired" to report the activities of the mysterious stalker to the Sheriff's Department at the time that those events allegedly took place.

Perhaps there is a "Pretty Good Liar" behind All The Pretty Blogging. Questioning the ferrets might prove more productive. Did you know that the name "ferret" is derived from the Latin furittus, meaning "little thief"? Before ferrets became popular as pets, they were used to hunt down rats. I smell a rat. THE RAT IS TONI INGRAM LIAR FRAUD & CHILD KILLER.

Once upon a time I was living way out in the country & raising a little boy born in Denver, Colorado. To keep mice as well as rats out of the house, we acquired a Jack Russell Terrier. She was a fearsome bitch (the correct term for a female dog) when it came to her job. Which was protecting the house as well as the backyard from intruders. That Alpha dog didn't just bark, she hunted down & killed anything she perceived as a threat to the safety of her territory. Her trusty companion, adopted from The Local Humane Society was half German Shepherd, half Golden Retriever. Alex, the bigger male dog combined the intelligence of a German Shepherd with the friendliness of a Golden Retriever.

Unless someone who was not a family member approached. Those dogs would make so much noise "neighbors" miles away would complain to me. So drawing from my personal experience with 2 dogs, goldfish as well as several hamsters & a child: a very strange situation where protective dogs don't sound off very loud barking as a warning to any invaders. My 15 lb Jack Russell would have gone right for the throat. Then Alex would have dragged the dead body around to demonstrate he had participated but was not enthusiastic about the killing part. YET WYLAH, Morgan's dog NEVER BARKED AT THE KILLER.

I have concluded that charges be pressed Against Toni Ingram. MSBP is serious.

The "Smiley Face Killers" have also claimed many victims as well, leaving parents with a lack of closure as they wonder what really happened to their now dead children. Time to look into these mysteries to determine if better answers are available to the questions the parents seek where no Private Investigator will charge money for a foray into the truth.

We will start with 16 year old Annie McCann, as she was discovered lifeless in her car in Baltimore City, Maryland. Official verdict was that she killed herself by drinking a bottle of Bactine. That is not true & could not possibly be true. Her parents do not believe that anyone could die from drinking a bottle of Bactine. I am here to help her parents know that I have disproved this theory in the only possible way: I purchased the largest size bottle of Bactine at a local Rite Aid & then I drank the entire contents down. Which was not easy as it was horrible in taste.

So horrible that it took me at least 30 minutes to consume it & I had to mix in cranberry juice to make it easier to chug into me. Obviously, I did not die from this. Her parents are correct: Bactine does not kill, it will make you really sick as your body rejects it. I became violently ill in this taste test, retching & also suffering from other lower intestinal problems to the extent that I had to call 911 to see if there was something that would end the lower intestinal issues. That earned me a visit to a 36 hour Psych Hold as I refused to explain why I had consumed a bottle of Bactine, as this was none of their business. Oh, & no medical intervention was necessary, the vomiting & lower intestinal emissions ended on their own.

A certain Famous Homicide Detective can vouch for the fact that I will do anything to figure out whether a crime could have been committed as described: even if it means doing things he would never do such as sitting in a place of such stink & filth that nothing on "Hoarders" could ever come lose to that horror. Those people had answers to questions I had in order to prosecute & convict the killer of tiny Tabitha LeAnn Meekins, who died 1 day short of her 4 miserable months here on Planet Earth. I don't care about anything other than getting the job done. That place was disgusting, sitting there was a small price to pay: I sat down on their sofa while my Homicide Investigator walked out amazed & shocked by my relentless search for the truth.

The killer was convicted, I didn't save tiny Tabitha: but I promised her father that her name would never be forgotten. And now you know that I not only kept my promise & I also did my own investigation which involved remaining on a sofa in a room filled with cats, urine, feces, hair, stench beyond belief to find out how to make sure the despicable baby torturer/murderer got justice that isn't the kind you see on "The Mentalist".

I don't get dressed up & have fun, although Actor Simon Baker seems adorable.

Aside, I had researched on the Internet & could not find any evidence that anyone had ever committed suicide by drinking Bactine. I didn't drink it recklessly: I was pretty sure after conducting my own investigation into a query conducted on 3 different search engines that no one other than Annie McCann had ever been ruled "officially a suicide by Bactine". I don't recommend repeating that experiment to anyone. Stuff is sickening to drink, will make you ill.

So unlike fictional character of "Dexter", I will not kill anyone to resolve issues. I will only expose myself to harm, as I am factually afraid of the sight of blood. I only handled guns as evidence & never have purchased or used one myself. (Actually, I believe that Bactine experiment means I cannot legally obtain one in Maryland: still available in Virginia is option I don't intend to pursue.)

Back to 16 year old Annie McCann, who died under mysterious circumstances here in Baltimore, Maryland.These are the known facts:

On Halloween in 2008, Annie ran away from home. She was driving a car containing $1,000 cash, some clothes as well as items of jewelry. 2 days after she went missing, her body was discovered a few blocks away from her car.The car was parked in a very strange place. Outside a Baltimore City Housing Project in a very unsafe neighborhood.

The police could not find evidence of any external trauma. Aside, which proves nothing. In another case I know about here in Baltimore, the police could not find any evidence of external trauma despite the fact that the young victim factually died of a gunshot wound. The police didn't notice either the entry or the exit of a gunshot wound.

I found that case in which the Baltimore County Police Department failed to find the cause of death was by a fatal shooting. They were sure that Debra had brought this on herself. She had been working As A Stripper On The Block. Real genius there, missed the gunshot. that part isn't even mentioned in article as reporters can't get tips from Police Officers that have embarrassed by their incompetency. So that is why I went to the morgue myself, in my own cases. Why rely on the opinion of Homicide Investigators who cannot "find evidence" of fatal gunshot wounds?

Back to Annie McCann. Lacking evidence of any external trauma, Annie was still dead. So the matter was turned over to The Medical Examiner's Office in Baltimore City. There once was an unbelievably good Chief Medical Examiner In Charge There, John Smialek, who died of a sudden heart attack while on the job. I would trust his opinion with complete confidence, unfortunately he was no longer alive when Annie McCann was sent To The Medical Examiner's Office. I don't have the same confidence in the work of anyone there today. Chief Medical Examiner John Smialek was a one of kind genius at relentlessly looking at the cases he encountered until he was certain of his findings.

Without John Smialek, others that followed decided that the manner of death was a fatal amount of lidocaine in her system, ingested by Annie drinking a bottle of the antiseptic Bactine.The Baltimore City Police Department marked the case closed as a suicide. Aside, nothing is more important than marking cases closed quickly. This finding left Annie McCann’s parents,Daniel McCann & Mary Jane Malinchak-McCann baffled & confused.

Complicating matters, as Annie McCann’s car was located a few blocks away from her corpse,The Baltimore City Police tracked down the people who stole her car. (Well, at least they did something useful.) The car thieves put forth a really reliable theory of what happened: when they found the car, Annie McCann was already dead. Of course they said that, it doesn't make it true.

PROBLEM IS THAT ANSWERS ARE OUT OF HIS BEAT, VIRGINIA IS THE PLACE.

All they did was dump her body & then take her car for a joy ride. That isn't murder, just stealing a car. You won't be amazed to learn that Annie's parents found this less than a complete explanation of the events that led to their daughter's death. They have had the temerity to suggest that these criminals haven’t been questioned sufficiently as to the veracity of this story. So they actually consulted with Renowned Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden (which means that cost money.) His verdict was death caused by drinking Bactine is both implausible & scientifically impossible.

So, upon reading about this whole controversy I decided to settle the matter by proving that not no one dies from ingesting a bottle of Bactine, by chugging one down myself. The mess alone would have made the car disgusting inside & I have seen photos of Annie's car. So Annie did NOT kill herself inside her car after drinking Bactine. The vomit & diarrhea that ensues would have made the innocent joyriding carjackers sick to their stomachs. The interior of the vehicle would be worse than the place I sat down in that was similar to but exceeded revulsion level of "Hoarders".

NOTE: I HAVE NEVER SEEN "Hoarders" or "Dancing With the Stars", As If Really.

So I think I have demonstrated (in the most vile personal manner) that 16 year old Annie McCann did not kill herself. In my opinion that leaves the innocent carjackers as Annie McCann's murderers. Please notify The Baltimore City Police Department Reknown Homicide Division to get back on "the job" & haul those kiddie killers in for exhaustive questioning. Look at the car's interior, forensic team. How could Annie have puked & messed all over the immaculate interior so attractive to the "innocent" carjackers?

“This is a nationwide organization that revels in killing young men," Prof. D. Lee Gilbertson of St. Cloud State University said in a report filed Tuesday for TODAY by NBC’s Lee Cowan.

“We are talking about specifically targeting a small, narrow group of individuals for murder," said Kevin Gannon, who is now asking the FBI to step into the investigation he and Anthony Duarte began when both were working for the N.Y. Police Department.

It began with the 1997 death of Patrick McNeill, a young man whose body was found in the Hudson River after he had gone missing after a night on the town. McNeill had been drinking and the death was ruled a suicide. His parents refused to believe that, and Gannon, then a detective sergeant, told McNeill’s parents he would never give up on the case.

Gannon’s been good to his word, mortgaging his own house to keep the investigation alive. Working with fellow retired detective Anthony Duarte and looking into nearly 90 separate cases, he’s concluded that McNeill’s death is linked to at least 40 others that have occurred in 11 different states.

Most of what the detectives are calling murders occurred in the Midwest during the winter months. Almost all involved popular athletes with good grades. Most had been drinking before they disappeared and their bodies subsequently found in near-frozen bodies of water."

How do I know there are no Happy Smiley Face Killers? Because I read the obscure academic paper that researcher Dallas S. Drake wrote more than a decade ago where he debunked the whole thing. So I contacted him when I saw this amazing promotion of this NOT TRUE AT ALL THEORY & he responded by email that he was not contacted for an interview as well as amazed that I had read the original academic research; including a lot of footnotes.

I read a lot, which helps my ability to analyze & process information.

College students drown as a result & die. Sometimes in water, sometimes in their own vomit. No Smiley Face Killers are responsible for this. How does this non-twitter follower (which means no published comment) KNOW?

Why, this person runs their own blog on the topic which had been viewed 104 times in many years, so obviously this person is either a really respected authority or a crackpot. You decide. I'll run this down one more time for my readers in the know.

(By comparison, I have only been blogging for 7 months & will soon have over 100,000 readers.)

THERE IS NO GANG OF SMILEY FACE KILLERS ROAMING THE USA SINCE 1997.
It is now 2013, so that would mean this mysterious crew has been together 16 years.

Not a single meeting ever captured on tape, no ad to bring in new blood on Craigslist.
Never a slip up where law enforcement caught them in the act in 16 years of pure evil.

In fact, in order to keep the myth going the conspiracy theorists have started to add males who don't fit their OWN criterion such as men in their 30s with "youthful appearances". There aren't enough drunk college students accidentally drowning so older males NOT in college will have to fill in the spaces.

The strangest part to me about the whole Smiley Face Killer concept is the claim that the victims all had high GPAs (grade point averages). How did the roving gang find out the grades of the drunk college kids BEFORE the killings?

When my son was in college, since he was no longer a minor: I was unable to get the college to tell me (the tuition payer) what his GPA report contained. In any case, the passage of time makes the whole crazy just crazier: the Smiley Face Killers of 1997 had to be old enough to drive & strong enough to push while blending in with college students at local bars.

So place their ages at around 23 in 1997. In 2013, those Smiley Face Killers are now pushing 40 years old. How could they fit into the college oriented drunkeries where brewskis are featured at just 99 cents? Trust me, old geezers stick out among the fresh faced kids & the bouncers are paid to make sure the young females are not hit on by "Gramps".

That is really the weakest link of the entire sad mess: if anyone gets too drunk & is victimized at college bars it is young women.
