11/20 UPDATE GREAT NEWS: The NYC Cannibal Cop speaks: all the slow cooking of girls was a just a fantasy, a recreational kind of hobby. He is an innocent victim of others.

Seriously, he would never do anything so awful that took many thousands of hours of planning & surveillance of the intended victims dating back for years. It was just a harmless fantasy acted out for fun in emails detailing the specifics addressed to others interested in abducting, torturing, sexually assaulting, barbecuing & finally eating the victims he had "picked" for the imaginary activities that were discussed in a sicko fetish chat room. Cops have hobbies, that is all. Why is there so much fuss over this? The Cannibal Cop is amazed that others are sickened & shocked by all the planning. He is the victim here, of his own crazy. Everyone else is deranged for their imagining that he is demented or a danger to others. He was just filling up some spare time:

More about the NYPD cop who wanted to capture, rape, torture & then slow roast 100 as well as consume these women. New York's finest, very scary. He was married, too, while online dating.

One of Valle's dating profiles, last updated in September, listed his favorite foods as "Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese…. I'll try anything and am not picky at all."

I have no words, here, really. Not picky at all, enjoyed an adventurous attitude.

Valle's dating profile listed him as more pure, old-fashioned and independent than other men, and less sex-driven, spontaneous, kind, scientific and progressive. Based on online quizzes, his dating persona was "The Slow Dancer" and the Billy Joel song that most resembled him was "Italian Restaurant."

How do you protect yourself from a nice, clean cut "pure"cop:

"The neighbor, who did not give his name, described (evil monster)as "straight as an arrow."

"He just had a baby — it doesn't add up," the neighbor added. "It makes no sense."

I am heartened to hear that the neighbors weren't planning a human BBQ Block Party.

"Rafael Marichal, 33, the handyman in (monster's lair), was also shocked by the arrest.

"I'm very surprised," Marichal said. "He looked very nice. He doesn't look crazy."

Well, that is an issue. Some people look crazy, others are just evil twisted monsters.

This one had a badge & spent a lot of time in online fetish rooms, topics not "pure".

Unless you mean pure evil. This has to be next up, I have a lot of thoughts, info, etc.

Subject was suggested by a person from the Denver area who is a favored reader.

I have to go thru a list in my head to demonstrate while this is off the charts insane:
Cops make great source material for acts of idiocy, greed, stupidity as well
Committing Crimes That will get you Life Sentences or the Death Penalty.

As a profiling note, evil sick monster was utilizing databases for personal use
To locate small females with the right characteristics as to size:
Selecting targets that would fit into the oven, yielding "about 75 lbs of meat".

Seriously, only the # of victims as well as the intention to eat them makes this pop.

Lots of horror stories out there about deranged "nice" cops.

Okay, back to work:
How did "The Cannibal Cop" pass the psychological tests required to enter the NYPD?

He had learned the current answers to the questions while obtaining his psychology, criminology degree. "But former & current NYPD insiders said the department’s background checks simply aren’t designed to catch people as sick as Valle & that the department does not submit officers to any type of regular screening once cops are admitted to the force.

"There really isn’t any ongoing psychological screening or medical screening once you get in the police department,” said one former high-ranking member of the department who was directly involved in personnel issues, echoing other law enforcement sources.

Sources said that recruits joining the department do undergo extensive criminal record and background checks, which includes a survey of previous residences, high school & college records, as well as significant medical or psychological conditions.

Candidates also take a standard, psychological written test called the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, & are then interviewed one-on-one by psychologists to identify potential problems."

Once you are in, you stay in. Step away from the failure to continue to screen for mental issues for a moment & ponder this instead. You would be amazed by the number of policeman who couldn't catch a slow moving turtle a few years after the passing the rigorous physical testing of applicants.

They get so fat from all the free doughnuts while sitting in their patrol cars, both the scamming of free coffee & food is wrong, & annoyed me all the time. It is the unspoken rule of entitlement: cops get free eats & coffee lots of places. The rationale of the business's involved that are providing the extra calories for gratis is that it also prevents robberies to have cop freeloader's patrol cars in the parking lot.

When I lived in Baltimore City, Maryland, cops sleeping in their patrol cars were commonplace. They worked nights at strip joints at "The Block" as bouncers, enjoyed the, uh, benefits that came along with the under the table not on their tax return pay; then slept through their paid for by the taxpayers shifts as public servants "on the job". They routinely demanded that "the girls" perform sexual acts, if I didn't make that clear.

"The Cannibal Cop" of The NYPD is getting a lot of play right now, yet he didn't kill anyone.
In Canada, there was another twisted sicko hiding behind "the nice guy persona" who really did commit rapes, killings all the good stuff. You may not have heard of him, because it happened in another country, our northern neighbor.

Col. Evil Monster led a cunning double life, on the surface at least. People envied his reputation, high status, attractive wife. He was a respected commander in the Canadian military, & everyone expected he would continue to rise in the ranks. He & his wife were well to do, apparently a happy stable couple. They owned two houses in upscale neighborhoods where they were well liked.

His official military biography noted that the couple liked to golf, he enjoyed fishing, running & as it turned out: photography. The shining star of the Canadian military was factually a really perverted weirdo sex criminal. The interest in photography kind of combines this all together nicely, so let us take a look at his own self-portrait.
Not The Kind Of Photo You Would Expect
This is how they get away with it, I mean how did this guy "pass" screening tests, background reviews, kept getting promoted while leading a very kinky double life? This demented creature killed women, terrorized them & then dressed up in their stolen underwear & photographed himself in the items. (One of the reasons why I accurately predicted that Jessica Ridgeway's killer would keep some "trophies", it is part of the enjoyment, the re-living of what they did.)

Awesome photo, really. The respected mild-mannered colonel was engaged in numerous incidents to feed his need for perversion & violence in Ottawa as well as the more eastern Ontario towns of Belleville, Brighton &Tweed. While his wife thought he was out hunting, he was, just not the kind of hunting she thought: he was prowling around in his pursuit of human prey.

Nice Guy Well Respected Military Commander was breaking into the neighbors' homes, photographing himself in womens' & girls' underwear, sexually assaulting them. Until he finally escalated into murdering two women. At least, who knows? These guys tell lies all the time. His enjoyment of the trophies was helpful to the prosecution when he was arrested in 2010. All the detailed records that were found, including photographs, videos, & notes, made him infamous in Canada as a really sick sex criminal.

I question the number of only 2 killings. My suspicion is that this had been going on a lot longer & the investigation failed to turn up other places where he was storing & keeping the evidence of these delightful adventures. So he only was charged with the murders the authorities knew about, this guy was really slick. Someday, someone will enter a remote hunting lodge up North & find proof of my supposition. Officially, the story is different.

The Official Version is that he suddenly went on a binge, for just 2 years: I don't think so, do you? Just out of the blue, all that time, this was not a young kid who was caught. He was 42 when his arrest rocked Canada. He did make The NYT, a badge of honor: "Experts Review Canadian Commander's Sadistic Crimes."

All about how he was an easy going nice guy, with a secret life that was really shocking.

A favored reader would like mention of this cop killer/planner who was only really after a large financial settlement from Walmart: just another bad apple among barrels & barrels. This took place in Wyoming, it happens everywhere. http://tinyurl.com/8fhcrka
What police training supplies these guys with is a badge so you trust them, knowledge of forensics so they know how to cover the crime up, & always the aptly named "blue line": fellow officers will insist that just like them, you are a "nice" guy, really. Easy going, a straight arrow, popular, well liked: this is such a shock.

I can't pass up this opportunity to mention how The Baltimore City Police Department is nothing like the popular HBO series "The Wire", noble conflicted heroic. Stuff makes me puke, truth is out there. People prefer fantasy to reality. In this hilarious true tale of what best selling author "David Simon" turned into a lot of money by complete misdirection as to what goes on every day: this year, 2012 at a certain precinct cops were selling the heroin they stole from the dealers themselves, while in uniform in the police parking lot.
http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2012/03/17/baltimore-police-officer-pleads-guilty-to-heroin-trafficking/

There was a smart decent very good member of The Baltimore City Police Department who never got a dime off that Wire Thing, which has always amazed me. Various people, I mean especially David Simon get really rich off of using this Detective's name & accomplishments: who eventually worked for me as an Investigator. So news flash for Wikipedia, I know where he is now, although somehow in the "where they are now" section, he isn't listed.

According to Wikipedia, "When listing the detectives who he sees himself & the rest of the VCU as being on a par with, McNulty mentions Worden, Ed Burns (who was a homicide detective but was detailed with the FBI for the year) & Gary Childs, a detective on the other shift in the book.". Gary Childs used to ask me how someone who as a police reporter for The Baltimore Sunpapers, David Simon was covering "the other shift", yet had managed to derive "quotes" from him he never said, turned cases Detective Gary Childs solved into cash for David Simon, & it still goes on today. Gary, I promised you I would set this record straight so here we go with the truth.

Gary Childs was part of a Noble Narcotic Squad Effort to combat the flow of heroin into Baltimore City. In a horrifying, traumatic incident: his partner, Marty Ward was making "a buy" while Gary listened on "The Wire". It turned out that the "drug dealer" wasn't dealing drugs, he was planning to kill the person he thought had the cash to buy the drugs. As Gary listened, he heard his partner hit by a gunshot wound right into the chest. Gary went screaming & cursing into the room, desperately trying to keep his partner from dying by performing CPR. Marcellus Ward bled out on the scene, there was nothing Gary could have done to save him, the point blank bullet made that impossible. Gary Childs never got over the loss of his partner, which is why he switched to Homicide away from Narcotics. He wanted to catch killers, in honor of Marty Ward.
http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2009-12-04/news/0912030085_1_drug-enforcement-administration-task-undercover-federal-drug

Gary Childs left The Baltimore City Police Department in 1994. He joined The Carroll County State's Attorney's Office as an Investigator. The reasons he left are here:
http://articles.baltimoresun.com/1994-08-12/news/1994224071_1_baltimore-police-department-child-abuse-abuse-investigators

He is currently solving homicides in The Baltimore County Police Department. The reason why he left Carroll County was simply because there weren't interesting cases that needed his intelligence to crack. Almost all of the killings were open & shut domestic beefs. I am going to give you references to demonstrate this fact. Someone alert Wikipedia: another case closed. What happened to the smart detective that the fictional character "McNulty" would compare himself to? I want to set this record straight, if I ever get any money from the commercialization of this blog: Gary Childs is going to get a cut of the action, finally as well as a donation to the trust fund set up for his murdered partner's children. Only 2 clean Baltimore City Cops I ever knew, when is long dead: while David Simon pockets the cash. The other is still on the job, in Baltimore County: while David Simon still pockets the cash.

"Jurors had as some of the evidence in Richards' trial his videotaped statement to Baltimore County Police Department homicide Detective Gary Childs, which was shown in court Friday. At first, Richards denied everything, including knowledge of Quartrina's death. But after some skillful questioning by Childs caught him in a lie, Richards changed his story, blaming everyone but himself."
http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2005-08-03/news/0508030144_1_richards-cautionary-tale-baltimore-county

The Baltimore Sunpapers should be commended for still making money off of Homicide Detective Gary Childs, for decades now, while he is never paid for all the cash generated.
David Simon, cough up some of that dough, you know where I believe it belongs. People who watch "The Wire" or related books, etc, remember that 2 of the real heros never got any of the money you are paying to the crime profiteer.

I salute Homicide Detective Gary Childs as well as his late partner, Narcotics Detective Marcellus Ward. Please keep them in your prayers, too. I do, forever & always.

In far away scenic Carroll County, Maryland, the public defenders would pass on the news that their clients were offended by the fact that the "official" police inventory of cash & drugs seized was a little light. No kidding, like that was the first time I ever heard that cops were skimming a bit off the top. True tales are not like CSI or Dexter. No cunning or planning is involved. The inventories were always "short". By the time the stuff got to the Crime Lab in Pikesville, Maryland it had been "stepped on" so many times I used to almost start laughing instead of rolling my eyes. Once again.

  3. I have some very good cop stories too. You have to wonder (at least I always did) how do some of these guys pass the psych? I told everyone a certain policeman was a mass murderer, well, by everyone, I mean a lot of other policemen. Yeah, they all laughed at me. Well nobody was laughing ten years later when Robert Rodriguez went out, I can't even think about it too this day. How did I know???

  4. There is no healthy online dating. The Internet is best for research and posting your opinions on topics of interest to you. It is not at all a good place to date.

Police are trained to be violent sociopaths and psychopaths these days. You will not find a "nice guy" police officer online. You will not find a nice man to date on the Internet for the most part.

Here is is more police abusing kids:

Ex-cop guilty in sexual assaults of 19 boys:

The nice guys are out building stuff, exercising outside, supporting the arts and are creative not destructive. I learned the hard way that the net is not for socializing.

The majority of police are extremely violent and basically have free reign to terrorize and abuse who they want unless they run up against someone like you who calls them out legally.

China is the spam capital of the world so don't count China as meaningful traffic.

I have boycotted facebook and google.

Only 75% chance of winning my case so no lawyers will take on contingency.

    2. You look much younger then your age. I don't think there is anything more dangerous then dating online. Ok, going to a bar and meeting a stranger is more dangerous but not by much. As far as Match goes the guys that I know trolling for women on it are all dirtbags.

    3. WC,
Everyone thinks I am younger than my age. All 7,000 males who wanted to date me in my 3 month Tour of Match. They always said it was because of my "winning smile", as if.

They always said, you are even better looking in person, too. Don't worry, I never met them anywhere other than public places for "meet" n "greets" as I termed them.

None of them ever knew where I actually am living, either. I liked the 1st one, a 50 year old who worked for the DOD. He is smart, good looking & I wish him well. I only selected 100 applicants & my criteria was highly selective until the end when I was in a rush to get it over with.

So I could blog about it someday in the future. I had a backup system, which I would suggest to others, if "the date" seemed "off", I would text a certain person who would show up to rescue me in 15 minutes or less.

The above shows the transcripts of his plans. Unfortunately this is the typical mindset of police officers these days.

To say there needs to be mass reform of police departments is putting it mildly.

My comments may seem odd but the trends I have noticed in society are horrifying.

That was the point I was trying to make on Westword. I think this was the case that got half of my comments deleted on.

Am I shocked that a police officer would want to murder and cannibalize 100 people? Not at all. This is their social environment. This is their mindset. I personally have never met an honest cop in my entire life. No, I don't side with the criminals either but I say a bad cop is worse then the worst criminal.

There were some murders during this time that I believe are connected, however, the police refuse to investigate.
